Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. My name is Jason Weatherley, and I founded Weatherley Consulting based on the belief that there is always a more optimal approach. After a decade of managing diverse projects, from software implementations to new construction, the consistent realization was that a more effective method typically emerged only after project completion. Despite holding PMP certification and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, most of these improved methodologies were identified retrospectively. I established Weatherley Consulting to assist clients in identifying these superior approaches proactively, rather than reactively.
